True Success Basketball and Fitness Academy's mission is to develop, empower, and teach youth players fundamental basketball skills while instilling life lessons and values such as character, resilience, teamwork, discipline, respect, and sportsmanship that foster personal excellence on and off the court.

$45 Per Hour Training Session
$200 for 5-1hour Training Sessions
Gym Rental

He has earned two master's degrees and is working on a Doctorate in education. Thurlester's career spans over 20 years as an educator of at-risk youth. Furthermore, he owns B-Les Real Estate, which focuses on helping lower-income individuals become homeowners and second-chance rental tenants. Thurlester's primary goal is to leave a legacy of service by enriching youth and adult lives mentally, physically, and spiritually.
